Question 1

What file should I upload for engraving?

Accepted Answer

A high-contrast PNG, SVG or JPG works best. Single-color vector art gives the crispest burn. Anything over 1000 px wide is plenty — we work from the original file you upload, not the on-screen preview.

Question 2

How accurate is the preview?

Accepted Answer

We store the exact position, scale and rotation you set in the builder and reproduce it on the laser bed. Engraving is a single-tone burn, so full-color art is converted to one tone.

Question 3

How long do custom orders take?

Accepted Answer

Custom pairs go into production within one business day and ship in 5–7 business days. Stock pairs and socks ship in 1–2 business days.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No. One pair or two hundred — the setup is the same. Reach out for club or team pricing above 25 pairs.

Question 5

What is the shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Flat $8 in the US and Canada, free on orders over $100.

Question 6

Do you offer bundle pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it applies automatically in the bag — 10% off 2 pairs, 15% off 3–4, and 20% off 5 or more. No codes needed.

Question 7

How much does a pair cost?

Accepted Answer

Slides are $40 plain, or $55 with a laser-engraved logo ($15 engraving fee). Socks are $15 a pair.

Question 8

Can I return a custom pair?

Accepted Answer

Stock pairs and unworn socks can be returned within 30 days. Engraved pairs are made to order and can only be replaced if there is a production defect.

Question 9

How do I care for them?

Accepted Answer

Rinse with cool water and mild soap, air dry out of direct sun. Skip the dishwasher and the dryer — heat can distort the EVA.
